Describe large luggage
Call out surfboards, golf bags, pushchairs and wheelchairs instead of including them in a general bag total.
List any extra stop
A second hotel or passenger collection changes the route. Ask for it before confirmation so the driver can plan the timing and fare.
Separate flight arrivals
If the group lands on different flights, share every flight number and the maximum waiting time you want between arrivals.
