Information we use
To arrange a transfer we use the journey details you provide, including pickup and drop-off locations, travel time, passenger and luggage counts, name, email address, telephone number and any flight, room or driver note you add.
Why we use it
We use this information to price and fulfil your transfer, contact you about pickup, process the payment method you choose, provide support, prevent duplicate bookings and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Checkout recovery on this device
An unfinished checkout is stored in this browser tab's session storage for up to two hours so a refresh or cancelled payment does not erase the form. It is removed after confirmed success, expiry or when the tab session is cleared. It is not kept as a permanent browser profile.
Service providers
We send only the information needed to providers that support booking, route and address lookup, communications and payment processing. A payment provider handles payment details under its own privacy terms; this site does not store full card details.
Retention and security
Confirmed booking records are retained only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, handle questions and comply with legal obligations. We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, though no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction or deletion of personal information by emailing bookagadirtransfer@gmail.com. Some booking or transaction records may need to be retained where the law requires it.
